รายละเอียด : A universal packing for paper-mills which uses as base fiber a composite fober which combines an extremely high resistance (tensile strength of 27.000 kg/cm) with a low coeafficient of friction which reduces abrasion up to 1/10 compared to aramidic fibers increasing, at the same time, the durability of the packing. Such a fiber has an excellent chemical resistance, and therefore it can be used also in the kraft-process where it is necessary to have greater chemical resistance than is normally required in paper production. Furthermore, the packing is extremely soft due to an exclusive three-stages lubrication : on the thread, on the strand and on the packing using PTFE suspensoid, which further improves performance where wear of the sleeves is concerned.
