Each strand of our exclusive systhetic textile yarn is heavily impregnated with graphite and a proprietary viscous grease prior to braiding. Heat dissipation is enhanced since the graphite particles are able to conduct heat through the body of the packing . This is� a far superior method versus surface coatings. the special lubricant (viscous grease) is engineered to leach out the packing upon and frictional heat. This lubricant release will lower frictional lubricant. The self adjusting flow of internal lubricant increases packing adn sleeve life.
